Financial/Treatment Coordinator and Receptionist
Ellen has worked with Dr. McDonough since 2000. She is involved with new patient exams and is the insurance consultant for our patients as well as a receptionist. Ellen was originally introduced to Dr. McDonough when she brought her first of three children to be patients of Dr. McDonough.
Kathy
New Patient Coordinator/ Orthodontic Assistant
Kathy has been a dental assistant since 1984. She has experience in all areas of dentistry and has worked with Dr. McDonough since 1996. She is involved with the new patient exams and is a receptionist, orthodontic assistant and laboratory technician.
Debbie
Treatment Coordinator/Receptionist
Debbie has been with Dr. McDonough since 2003. She is able to make our patients feel welcome and appreciated. She schedules appointments and helps coordinate your treatment.
Tracy
Orthodontic Assistant
Tracy has been a licensed assistant since 1989 with experience in general dentistry, oral surgery, periodontics and orthodontics. She has assisted Dr. McDonough since 1995. She is our supply coordinator and makes sure we have everything we need to provide you the best possible treatment.
Maureen
Orthodontic Assistant/Laboratory Technician
Maureen has been a licensed assistant since 1994 with experience in general dentistry, as well as orthodontics. She has been with Dr. McDonough since 2003 and is also a laboratory technician. She fabricates many of our orthodontic appliances, which ensures that Dr. McDonough has control over their quality and often allows us to make and insert appliances the same day. This saves you time.
Jennifer
Orthodontic Assistant/laboratory Technician
Jennifer has been a licensed orthodontic assistant since 1985. She joined Dr. McDonough in 2007 following in her mother's footsteps, who was Dr. McDonough’s first assistant and has since retired from assisting. She is also experienced in fabricating orthodontic appliances and is our OSHA coordinator.
Melissa
Orthodontic Assistant/laboratory Technician
Melissa has been a licensed orthodontic assistant since 2001. She is following in Jennifer’s footsteps since she was previously trained by Jennifer at another practice. We were glad to welcome her to our team in 2011.
